A double sided polyester tape coated both sides with a pressure sensitive modified acrylate adhesive. The product displays good resistance to UV light, extreme temperatures, chemicals, solvents and humidity. Its high shear resistance adhesive has excellent durability when attached to metal and high energy surfaces. Its high adhesive mass makes it suitable for use on rough or structured surfaces.
Typical applications for this double sided polyester tape include automotive mirror mounting and as a splicing medium for paper, textiles, plastics and metal films where high shear strength and adhesion are required.
